Click & VIPool has the answers

To contact a host, log in to your Click & vipool account and click "Send Message" on the rental listing page that you are interested in.

The location will be shared 24 hours prior to the booking date.

The host has 24 hours to confirm the booking. You will be notified by email. Beyond that deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled and will you receive a 100% refund.

Free cancellation till 48 hours ( 2 days) before the date of booking. If cancelled less than 48 hours, cancellation fees will apply. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page.

It is up to the host to stay or not during your rental timing, However, it is agreed that the Host will not be staying around and sharing the pool during your timeslot as the concept of Click & VIPool is the VIP part, so please be reassured, you will have your privacy.

You will receive a SMS in the mobile number you used for your registration and you also be notified by email. You have 24 hours to confirm or decline the booking. Beyond that deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled

The concept of Click & VIPool is that people can enjoy private pool. Therefore Guests are not expecting you to be around and sharing the pool during their your timeslot. You are free to stay at your home, without disturbing the private moment the guests are having.

You can suggest to your guest to use your Barbecue, Towels, for example

It is necessary that the guests have access to the toilet. If you have restroom facility nearby the pool ( outside your house), then is not necessary.
